Subcontractor agrees
to provide its
products and/or
services to enable a
Prime Contractor to
fulfill its
obligations under a
specific customer
contract. It is
essentially drafted
as a back-to-back
agreement so that
the terms and
conditions of the
customer head
contract are
incorporated into
the subcontract
unless the parties
agree that certain
head contract
provisions will not
apply or will only
apply with
variations. It is a
generic form of
agreement that is
suitable for any
type of product or
service being
supplied.
