services. The format
of this document
allows it to be
either inserted into
a proposal to a
customer or instead
used as a stand
alone document that
both parties sign.
It is a more
informal version of
the traditional SEO
Services Agreement,
although it will
have binding
contractual effect.
Covers issues such
as period of supply
of SEO services,
standard of
services, resources
to be provided,
payment terms,
limitation of
liability,
confidentiality,
non-recruitment of
the other party's
personnel and a
comprehensive list
of possible SEO
services to be
offered.
