together. Also
provides for the
supplier to assist
with the
decommissioning of
the customer's
existing legacy
system. Contains
provisions
concerning
acceptance testing
of the new system
and the provision of
software development
services and other
I.T. consultancy
services as part of
the integration.
Does NOT contain
provisions dealing
with on-going
software support and
hardware
maintenance. Another
